“Nicolae Balasescu Nifon” Cultural
Center from Babadag established through DECISION Nr 597/28.12.1995
by the Tulcea County Permanent Delegation, works as a public
institution subordinated to the County Council.
“Nicolae Balasescu Nifon” Cultural
Center tasks are:
• provides
conditions for methodological activities, professional trainings
in culture, conferences, debate shows with trainers from the
county or all over Romania , with the support of the County
Cultural Office, ANUP, FDSC, etc.
• at local level organizes professional
training and seminars for trainers that work on permanent education field for
adults.
• Depending on the spiritual options
of the free time of the county citizens, the cultural center organizes classes
and training within the Popular University
• With the support of the Tulcea County
Cultural Office and the County Center of Popular Creation organizes festivals
and contests.
• “Nicolae Balasescu Nifon” Cultural
Center acts as the city cultural club according to the low and through the order
of Ministry of Culture no 92/25 June 1991.
• Supports and organizes activities at all levels.
In order to achieve its goals the cultural center collaborates with the local companies, institutions, unions, NGO s, youth organizations, FDSC and individuals, without any political affairs.
